There is a Yoga Zone at Club Paradise Palawan where you can enjoy tranquil, serene surroundings ideal for achieving the focus and concentration needed in yoga. Guests are also free to use the available yoga mats at the resort.
Start the day with an hour of movement, meditation, and breathing techniques or an afternoon of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that promote mental and physical well-being. Yoga in Paradise is every 7 am and 6 pm, Mondays to Saturdays for the whole month of July at the Clubhouse Deck.
