We take our diving seriously at Discovery Coron. Our house reefs have been protected for the over 15 years and thus boast a healthy profusion of fish life as well as “critters” dear to macro photographers. Right off the beach is a sea grass field, an area in which dugongs and turtles like to graze. Half an hour away is the Kyokuzan maru, one of 12 dive-able wrecks from World War II.

Our dive shop, operated by Club Paradise Divers, is staffed and fully equipped to host your scuba diving holiday whether you are an aspiring diver or someone who has logged over a thousand dives.

For guests requesting the Kyokuzan Maru package, please be advised that you are required to have a valid Dive Insurance.  It is very important to have access to proper medical care in case of an accident.
 
Guests may purchase their preferred Dive Insurance or they may also purchase from the following accredited companies:

• DiveAssure:  Offers two types of programs:
  • Personal diving accident coverage (short term or annual)
  • Dive Travel programs (Single Trip – with or without liveaboard rider, and Annual Multi trip).
