Ingredients:
• U.S chuck eye beef 1kg
• Onions 200g
• Garlic 50g
• Tomato paste 250ml
• Liver pate 300g
• Olives 10g
• Potatoes 100g
• Carrots 100g
• Organic bell peppers 80g
• Salt and pepper
• Cheddar Cheese
Method:
In a large preheated sauce pot, sear the beef until all sides are brown. Season it with rock salt and pepper and put on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and let them sweat for 10 minutes before adding the tomato paste and liver pate. Stir gradually and add stock until the beef are fully submerged, bring to a boil and then simmer until the beef is tender for about an hour. Garnish with freshly grated cheddar cheese.
